PSC 1600 PPD provides two options with the same human readable text

Bug Description
If you untar hplip-3.9.10.tar.gz and go to ppd/hpcups and edit hp-psc_
*OpenUI *PageRegion/Media Size: PickOne
and
*OpenUI *PageSize/Media Size: PickOne
both options have "Media Size" as ppd_option_s text, that is "Media Size" making the user think something is very wrong since he sees two options with the same text and doens't know what to do. One or both of the human readable texts should be changed to disambiguate the options.
