Bug Description

我用HP 1020打印机，安装hplip-3.9.8 一切都正常。但是我在打印测试页的时候，出现提示/usr/lib/cups/filter/hpcups failed
我们用的是一个windows服务器。
但是我用另一台hp1010打印机就没有问题。
