When setting up the printer using file: "hp-photosmart_c4200_series-hpijs.ppd.gz", which is apparently the right ppd file for my printer:
HP Photosmart c4280, I get an error:

Sorry for my english, I have same problem with Hp Deskjet F2280 anche hplip 3.9.8. I try with Frugalware linux and Arch linux. With old driver no problems
