Bug Description
As far as I see, HPLIP 3.9.8 has its own mdns implementation
in io/hpmud/jd.c via the hpmud_mdns_lookup functions
and in mdns.py
In
http://
I was informed that this may lead to problems because
"mdns is already handled by avahi (running by default)...
hplip must not implement mdns itself but rather
use avahi, it just doesn't work well if two services
try to listen to the same udp port".
