Bug Description
I call hp-plugin out of system-
I have looked into the mechanism of the self-extracting archives and seen that there are some command line options to start them. I have tried out --nox11 and with that one the plugin gets correctly started when hp-plugin is started out of system-
For you to reproduce: Try
gksu -- hp-plugin
(note that with the current version this is not needed any more but this is only for demonstration).
So I have patched hp-plugin to use "--nox11". The patch is attached. Please consider it for 3.9.8.
