Bug Description
Downloaded HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 3.9.2) on Fedora 11. Setup using hp-setup a brand new CP1215 printer and it prints normally. However the yellow alignment is off. It is about 1mm below the rest of the colours. There is no facility to align the colours. Windows prints fine.
Also the opensource foo2hp drive prints without this problem
This printer is listed as fully supported on the HPLIP website - this is why I bought it. However its pretty much usless to me until this is resolved.
Is there any plan to have this fixed in the next release of HPLIP?
Any ideas when that might be?
Brian
I have installed hplip ver. 3.9.6b and the problem remains.
