Bug Description
I have a Deskjet 3550 and was using it successfully with HPLip version 2.8.4. I then upgraded to version 3.9.6. Now documents only print half size (i.e. only occupy the to left 25% of the A4 page - see attachment).
I have reverted to the older 2.8.4 version and can now print properly again.

Until we get the PPD fixed, change the print mode or Quality from "Normal" to any other setting.
