hp-setup don`t add printer HP CM1312nfi

Bug Description

1. Debian sid, locale LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8
2.HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi
3. After installing plugins, hp-setup freeze with this msg in console:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-3: ordinal not in range(128)

After press "Cancel", hp-setup returned frame with printer`s select.

This bug exists also in distro OpenSUSE 11.1 and on HPLIP version 3.9.4b
to resolve this problem setup english language in your device (not native for you, such as Russian!)
Unfortunately I have not been able to find the best solution :(
