Replace deprecated SYSFS with ATTRS at udev rules

sed -i -e "s:SYSFS:ATTRS:g" data/rules/71-hpmud_support.rules

and same to all udev rules at plugins.

For backward compatibility with older distros using udev we use SYSFS instead of ATTRS.

Hi,

since the latest update of udev to 148-1 I get those messages during
boot:

udevd[8055]: SYSFS{}= will be removed in a future udev version, please
use ATTR{}= to match the event device, or ATTRS{}= to match a parent
device, in /lib/udev/rules.d/56-hpmud_support.rules:10
