print ist shifted on the paper some centimeters to the bottom and right side

Hello, I'm working with ArchLinux (Kernel 6.5.5) on my Desktop, using cups in version 2.4.7-2, HPLIP ver 3.23.8 and using HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 series as a networkprinter. Until previous version 2.4.7-1 everything worked fine, but after updating on actual version on cups the following problems raised:

1. Printing from applications like LibreOffice result in a situation, that the content is shifted about 2.9 cm to the bottom side and about 3.3 cm to the right side of the paper. That means, that the borders on top and left of the paper is too large than normal. On the right and bottom side on the paper resides a small border of 0.4 cm. So, the whole printout is still shifted on the DIN-A4-paper and the right- and bottom-content is still missing because it remains out of the papersize. In the application the adjustment made clearly with papersize DIN A4 and borders left/right 1.00 cm and top/bottom 0.75 cm.

2. Printing a Printer Test Page directly out of cups results in an enlarged printout of about 20%. That means here, that the borders on top/left on the page are accurate, but still 20% of the printing area is on right/bottom side outside of the page. The symbols on the upper half (the linux penguin, chromatic circle, gray scale and the large "C" with included "unix printing system") are cutted at the middle of the "N" and"M", plus leaving a border of 0.4 cm on the right side of the paper. So, parts of the enlarged printing is still missing out the paper.

Well, with the same printer adjustments in the printer's dialogues in version 2.4.7-1 of cups everything works fine. Just after updating to 2.4.7-2 the problem began.

The output of hp-check say that /etc/cups/ppd/OfficeJet_Pro_7720.ppd could not be read. But the files are still there:

I have the same problem.
It's my HP Officejet Pro 7740.
Im using Ubuntu 22.04 -all works fine
All versions newer: 23.04 / 23.10 have the same problems...
Whats the problem? Is there a workaround?
