Bug Description

Hello,

I've freshly update from Mint 18.x to Mint 20.2.
The scanner does not work anymore with hplip 3.21.1 taken from repositories, so I've installed hp-lip 3.21.8. No problem during the installation.

But hp-scan still not working :
ordi@ordi-GA-880GA-UD3H ~ $ hp-scan
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/hp-scan", line 44, in <module>
    from base import tui, device, module, utils, os_utils
  File "/usr/share/hplip/base/device.py", line 42, in <module>
    from . import status
  File "/usr/share/hplip/base/status.py", line 33, in <module>
    import cupsext
ImportError: libnetsnmp.so.30: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

ordi@ordi-GA-880GA-UD3H ~ $ locate libnetsnmp.so
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnetsnmp.so.35
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnetsnmp.so.35.0.0
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnetsnmp.so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnetsnmp.so.35
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnetsnmp.so.35.0.0

It is looking for an obsolete libnetsnmp.so file !
As this file is part from libsnmp (Simple Network Management Protocol Library), which looks like a core package, I don't want to down grade it.

Here some other usefull information :

ordi@ordi-GA-880GA-UD3H ~ $ hostnamectl

  Operating System: Linux Mint 20.2
