hp-scan calls out-of-date libnetsnmp.so

Bug Description
Hello,
I've freshly update from Mint 18.x to Mint 20.2.
The scanner does not work anymore with hplip 3.21.1 taken from repositories, so I've installed hp-lip 3.21.8. No problem during the installation.
But hp-scan still not working :

It is looking for an obsolete libnetsnmp.so file !
As this file is part from libsnmp (Simple Network Management Protocol Library), which looks like a core package, I don't want to down grade it.
