Bug Description

Months ago, after updating HPLIP on my Arch Linux, my HP LaserJet 100 Color MFP m175 stopped scanning, despite myself installing and reinstalling the appropriate binary plugin. What made it work back was editing a section name in an INI file which is part of HPLIP, per:

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1937624#p1937624

I guess either the section header in the source code or some matching algorithm needs to be fixed. Could you please do it for the next release?

Notes on the output of hp-doctor:

- There are two attachments, one without and the other with the fix.
- My distribution is Arch Linux, which the script claims not to be supported (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/38083).
- My distribution does not allow hplip's auto update, but I keep it up to date through the package manager. Both hplip and hplip-plugin are in version 3.20.11.
- I don't have some python-qt dependencies because I usually prefer the command line interface for hplip.
- I don't have xsane because I use (gnome's) simple-scan
- The script cannot access read /etc/cups/ppd/HP_LaserJet_100_colorMFP_M175nw.ppd because the permissions are 640 root:cups, hp-doctor doesn't run as root, and I can't log in as cups.
