Bug Description
Printer worked before upgrading to Ubuntu MATE 19.10. After, scanner works but printer does not. Copy from printer control panel works. Called HP. They do not support HPLIP. Installed hplip-3.19.10, restarted computer and ran hp-setup. hp-setup failed with:
