The PPD for inkjets (and any other printer which prints on the top of the page) needs a line which specifies that pages should come out in "reverse order". Without this line, a multi-page document will be printed in reverse and must be reordered by hand by the user.
You may want to check the linked GitHub bug, but according to Till Kamppeter the line should look like this:
