Bug Description
When installing hplip-3.19.5 with Networking support I kept getting the error message: "cannot find net-snmp support (or --disable-
The error was thrown at line 16746 of 'configure'. So, after a few hours of ..., I found out the error was related to CRYPTO_free missing. After installing libssl-dev configure did succeed.

We haven't supported Debain 9.9. when we are supporting this we will take of this issue.
