Booklet printing not working

First off, I'm an HP employee and both ATS and GBU advised me to log a case here. We are in a multimillion RFP currently for 700 big MFPs. The E876xx ppd does have the option to fold and stitch, which actually also works, the prints get folded and stiched, but the pages are just printed regular pages and the booklet layout is not created (re-ordering and rotating pages and 2-up to create a real booklet is missing). We are in a WTO tender, which means if we don't fullfill this requirement, we loose the deal and get disqualified. Thanks a lot for your help. Alex Naepfer, HP Inc, Zurich
