hplip-plugin 3.16.8 not available despite being listed in http://hplip.sourceforge.net/plugin.conf

Indeed, it's now available, thanks. This is not the first time it happened, so could you put a process in place that ensures simultaneous availability of hplip and the corresponding plugin package whenever a new version is released?
