Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04, but this probably applies to all flavors of Linux.
If the default size for the Display Manager window does not allow room to show the icons for all defined printers/faxes, the excess icons are simply not displayed, and there is nothing to indicate that there is more to be seen.
In this condition, the window should provide a visible indication ( i.e. a scroll bar) that there is undisplayed content available. Also, if the user resizes the window to make additional icons visible, the new window dimensions should be preserved and used the next time the window is opened.
