Bug Description

When trying to add a new HP printer which needs the proprietary HP plugin the plugin install hangs after accepting the license. I have tried the GUI install as well as the command line install (hp-plugin -i -g).
On the command line the activity indicator keeps spinning forever after accepting the license.
This is on On Kubuntu 15.10 beta2
I'm happy to provide additional information if needed.
