Bug Description

I'm spoolerless. It seems that HWMargins and Margins, ie:

<< /.HWMargins [18 36 18 13.5] /Margins [-25 0] >> setpagedevice

have no effect, that is, output from foomatic is identical (md5sum) no matter what values are entered into the variables.

That is, lines:

<< /.HWMargins [18 36 18 13.5] /Margins [-25 0] >> setpagedevice

and

<< /.HWMargins [0 0 0 0] /Margins [125 50] >> setpagedevice

produce identical foomatic output (again checked with md5sum) after issuing this command:

foomatic-rip -P HP-DeskJet -o PageSize=A4,PrintoutMode=Normal drawing.pdf > job_out

What is even more interesting is that Ghostscript's own driver like pcl3 does not have this problem and produces different output when different margin values are entered.

Could someone take a look and try to reproduce? I think it is a very urgent bug.
