WORKAROUND

1. While the plugin installer is hanging, copy ~/.hplip/plugin_tmp into another directory.
2. Stop the hanging installer.
3. From the directory copy, run "sudo python3 installPlugin.py".
4. Plugin is installed, run hp-setup as normal.
