Even after running the 3-stage 'Clean' process several times printer fails to print half (in height) of one of of the lines of fonts.
Attachment 1 shows output directly after 'Clean 3'. Only the top line of text is affected.
Attachment 2 shows the result of printing a full page of text:-
Note. It seems that some fonts are affected more than others, for example the last seven lines, printed in Ubuntu Medium, seem to be error free. Could this be a font, and not a printer problem?

Hi,
Can you please try to print a full page of text with some normal font like 'Times New Roman'?? The special characters in your attachment looks like some unsupported fonts. I am able to see only the second attachment here and anyway clean will not help in this case as your printout does not look like a cartridge issue. (more over 3-stage clean several times will consume a lot of ink)

If a page with normal font prints fine, then the issue is not with the device. Please let us know the result.

Thanks and Regards
Ani Balakrishnan

As requested, a of 'normal' print. I don't know which font it is but I've highligted (pink) the faulty lines.
