Not able to use HPLIP to print test page with M476 MFP

I can not get my HP Color Laserjet MFP M476dn printer to work under Linux. It works fine when tested with a box running Windoze 8.1 This happens with a machine running Xubuntu 14.04 and one running Kubuntu 14.04. I bought this printer based on being told by the sales rep telling me that it was Linux compatible.

Also of possible interest, the scanner seems to be working fine with xsane. Fax not hooked up so I don't know if it works or not.

Thanks for reporting the issue in HPLIP. To help us understand and analyze the issue please follow below steps.

=> Run "hp-doctor" command in the terminal.

=> Reconfigure print queue using below commands.
       => hp-setup -r (remove all print queues)
      => su -c "hp-plugin"
             or
      => sudo hp-plugin (This will download right plugin)
       => hp-setup
=>Try printing now.

If problem does not get solved then please run following command to capture the logs and send the same.

$su -c "hp-logcapture"

=>Document used for printing if it is not a confidential document.
