Bug Description

HP Color LaserJet CP1215 - firmware 20120213
Debian Testing
cups - 1.7.5
hplip - 3.14.6

After calibrating the printer from W2K (hplip do not implement this yet):

Printing the same pdf document from Windows (1) and Linux (2), results is quite different.
On Linux, color disalignment is too big, especially the yellow color. This is very annoying.

If printer calibration configuration is kept on Windows instead on the printer itself, are there some way to transfer this calibration information from Windows to Linux?

(1) (2) See attached file.

Those captures are amplified details to clearly show the problem.

The yellow misalignment also happens with foo driver.

Applying the attached patch to foo2zjs-20140519dfsg0, fix yellow misalignment problem for all hp color printers drivers from foo.
This patch was found on <http://foo2zjs.rkkda.com/forum/read.php?57,2151,2151>.

Is it possible to do something similar on hplip? And apply only to CP1215 printer?
