Bug Description
HPLIP fails to recognize reportlab 3.1.18 because the float conversion in check_reportlab throws a ValueError exception because of the second decimal place.
The following output from hp-check illustrates the symptom:
error: reportlab Python-PDF-Lib OPTIONAL 2.0 3.1.8 MISSING 'reportlab needs to be installed'
