Bug Description

On Ubuntu 13.10 HPLIP-3.14.4 upgrade wizard script fails if there's no /home/'username'/Downloads folder. This happened when upgrading hplip on Ubuntu with localization other than english. Quick fix was to create to folder in question and upgrade finished without a problem.
