Bug Description

Script fails to compete. I have uninstalled and tried re-installing. The script fails with a Python error and I cannot print now. All was working fine on v3.11.1.

Please help! I want to be able to trust that an update will not break something. The error message is below:

Hi Jaime Carpenter,

Do you mean following error (or) any other error?

--> if above error, it is GTK theme issue and you can ignore this.
--> If any other error or any functionality is failing, please provide us following commands logs.

$ hp-check
$ sudo hp-logcapture

Thanks & Regards,
Amarnath

Thank you for the response. It appears that the printers are all
working OK. I did not understand why the script was failing. You
mentioned that it is a GTK theme issue..will it be fixed so that the
script will complete?

Thanks,
Jaime Carpenter
