Bug Description

Device ID: 03f0:102a
This printer does not work on several GNU/Linux distrobutions because it requires the non-free hp-plugin in order to function.

Effort should be made to fully free and opensource this driver for several reasons:
1) The printer does not work out of the box, sometimes an internet connection is not available to the user and the non-free code is required to be downloaded offline. This presents a major problem.

2) It does not respect the users freedom.

3) Many other devices are supported and fully free, this printer should be no different.

HPLIP plug-ins are provided for free. And they get installed as part of printer configuration. The plug-ins can not be open sourced due to the proprietary IP in them.
