Bug Description

If I run hp-setup, hp-scan and so on on a system with no usb, all the programs crash with a segmentation violation. I am running a print server connected to a C7280 via ethernet that is a Xen virtual server, and has no USB.

I've attached a very simple patch to detect errors from the libusb_init() calls in io/hpmud/musb.c which fixes the problem for me - YMMV.
