can not fax with Officejet_4500_G510g-m

Hello,

I an not fax from my Kubuntu 12.04 with my Officejet_4500_G510g-m.
If i try ist the fax is dialing, connections and then blink on right seide by the display a red exclamation point.

In display i can read turn off the printer and turn it on.

From Windows fax from computer is gone.

Hi,

Can you try following things.
=> Download and install the latest HPLIP release from
http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install/install/index.html (automatic installer) or
http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install/manual/index.html (manual installation, if automatic installer does not work)

=> run "hp-check --fix" command in the terminal if manual installation is done

=> Reconfigure print queue with the commands in the terminal mentioned below.
       => system-config-printer (remove all print queues)
      => su -c "hp-plugin"
             or
      => sudo hp-plugin (This will download right plugin)
       => hp-setup (It should not be run in a root mode. This command is adding print queue, make sure you select ppd name having "-ps" or "hpcups" substring)
=>Try print/fax now.

If problem does not get solved then please run following command to capture the logs and send the logs.

$su -c "hp-logcapture"

so i have install the newes Driver ver. 3.12.11 now.

hp-check --fix run without any error, but it is the same situiation.

so i have install the new Driver Version 3.13.2 but the error is the same.

Fax is dialing, connection and then the faxdisplay is blinking and the message on
the Display is: "Turn off the Power".
