plugin.conf missing section 3.11.3a

I have hplip 3.11.3a installed (slackware 13.37 stable) and when I try to download the proprietary drivers using hp-setup I get:

 "error: Plug-in file not found (server returned 404 or similar error). Error code: no host given"

Running "hp-setup" -i -g I see this additional error msg:

 "error: Error reading plugin.conf: Missing section [3.11.3a]"

Checked http://hplip.sf.net/plugin.conf and it doesn't have a 3.11.3a section.

As a workaround I can download the script from here

http://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/hplip-3.11.3a-plugin.run

and run ./hplip-3.11.3a-plugin.run and it seems to work.

If possible please add 3.11.3a to the plugin.conf.

HPLIP 3.11.3a was a temporary release. Please download and install the latest hplip-3.12.4 from http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install/manual/distros/slackware.html .
