Bug Description
To reproduce select any instance from the drop-down on the Edit Attachments screen and the tooltip remains until the select box loses focus. This makes it difficult to see what Device Name is in the field. See attached.
The tooltip should go away on select of an element in the select box as to not block the Device Name field.
This is on Google Chrome, 17.0.963, OS X Lion.
