cancel button on launch instance window really hard to see

When launching a new instance the cancel button on the pop-up is extremely hard to see. If i move my laptop monitor back and forth I can barely see it at a few angles.

go to images
select launch on desired image
look for cancel button on bottom of pop-up

expected:
to see cancel button for selection if desired but it is so faded and close to the same color as the rest of the page it is not visible.

attachment shows view where cancel button is not noticeable.

This could definitely be easier to see. Styling issues are still in flux after the major transition to using Bootstrap for our CSS framework in Essex.
