Bug Description
The tenant name field shows up as editable in the dashboard, but keystone doesn't accept tenant name as an editable field in the "stable/diablo" branch. Until such time as keystone fixes this we should not confuse and frustrate people by allowing tenant name to be edited. A readonly attribute on the form field will do for a fix.
