Bug Description
Even after the report and fix in #809404, the delete button on the tenant list page didn't work properly. Clicking it would trigger the confirmation dialog, but confirming the deletion would not delete (or even disable) the tenant.
Fundamentally, there's no way it could. There is no code on the backend to handle deletion (no DeleteTenant form, etc.) and no POST handling on the index page at all.
This all needs to be added back in.
