Bug Description

Inspiron 9300, upgraded from Breezy to Dapper (some weeks ago), Nvidia driver, system up-to-date as of a couple of hours ago (10:00am Sydney time, 7th April).

If I suspend, seems to work fine, gives me slowly blinking power light. If I press a key, tries to come to life, but I have a black/ blank screen

If I hibernate, again it appears to work - lots of disk activity followed by a power off - but when I reboot, lots of activity again, but black/blank screen: non-responsive.

Regards,
David
