Bug Description

When sorting entities in tables by name, the actual displayed sort order is subtly broken, e.g.

user_9a is displayed before user_30 in the identity->users table when sorting in ascending order.

I've also found similar problem on instances and volumes tables in 'Project' dashboard,
for example volume named vol_9a is sorted before vol_30 when sorting by 'Name' (see attached screenshot).

The same also affects other generic columns (where data-type is not specified?), confirmed for example for user description and user email in users table.

This is on DevStack/master, but also confirmed on Antelope, in all cases using latest versions of both Firefox and Chrome.
