Bug Description
In the 2024.1 and 2023.2 versions of OpenStack, "TypeError: Cannot read property 'data' of undefined" appears when I use horizon to upload the image.
The experimental environment is ubuntu22.04 operating system to deploy kolla-ansible.

Seeing this issue as well. chufuchufu123 are there any updates?
I've noticed that when uploading an image through the admin section of Horizon it does work, I only get this error when trying to upload in the project view.
