Can't update image name (or other) from dashboard

Bug Description
Can't change the description/
It can be done via the command line : openstack image set fedora-
But from the dashboard it cannot be done since the "Update" button stays disabled.
I am logged in as admin in the dashboard.

I have some problem.
I found, when I deleted empty keys of metadata - button "Update Image" get active.
