Long role name causes display overlap in project member list

Using the openstack CLI I created a new role called 'travs_very_long_role_name_which_may_be_too_long'

Then in Horizon, when I go to edit a project and add that role to a member, the drop down display which lists all the rolenames has the names pushed to the left and obscured so you cannot see the full names. Please see the attachment. This is being experienced in OpenStack Train. I also tested this against devstack running against the master branches and encountered the same behavior.

    Add horizontal scrollbar to role dropdown

    Manage members dialog has a dropdown which lists all the role names.
    If a role name is long enough, it pushes all the roles to the left
    and hides them partially. This patch adds horizontal scrollbar for
    such cases.
