Bug Description
Set image A min_ram 2G and min_disk 2G, using A create a volume B 3G, using volume B creating a instance C which ram is 4G and disk is 4G, using instance C creating a snapshot D, using snapshot D creating a instance with ram is 4G and disk is 4G. Report error
"Volume is smaller than the minimum size specified in image metadata. vloume size is 3221225472 bytes, minimum size is 4294967296 bytes."

Does the fix for bug 1563529 address this? Or is it a separate issue?
