Bug Description

On the create key form, if you enter an existing name, the key type field will also display a red error. This phenomenon appears in the Create Key form in the Create Instance Workflow.

I was not able to reproduce this bug on master. could you provide some evidence to confirm it.
I have attached a screenshot of the functionality in my environment.
