Instance rebuild long image list

We are running the Queens (3:13.0.1-0ubuntu1) version of Horizon Dashboard. When rebuilding an instance via the dashboard, the "Select Image *" dropdown field does not include a filter in the same way as the "Launch Instance" wizard does. We do have a lot of images, so the dropdown list is quite long, making it rather timely to find the original image launched for the instance. It's not possible to type the first few characters of the image to have the image highlighted, so there is really no other way than to scroll through them all.

    Change Rebuild Instance Form select widget to normal style

    Replace select widget from ThemableSelectWidget to SelectWidget.
    When there are too many images, ThemableSelectWidget will be too long and
    makes choosing an image hard. But normal style select can provide a scroll
    bar there.
