Bug Description

Most input of HTML tag in create forms use the same param 'name="name"' , so the browser caches the historical data of this part of the input tag together.

This depends on Django feature. The bug itself looks valid, but considering the current horizon development human resource, what we can do is to wait for some improvement in Django.
