Bug Description

No image description field with Angularized panel.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create image
2. Try to set some description for it using horizon
3. Check out the full information about this image

Expected result:
Description field has been updated

Actual result:
No description filed at all

    Nothing changed when edit image description on Angularized panel.
    This patch fixes it.
