Horizon Instance Launch displays duplicate instances on instances page

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to Project > Compute > Instances.
2. Launch Instance with following info :
- Instance Name : test
- availability zone : nova
- count : 1
- source : Image : cirros-
- flavor : m1.tiny
3. Click on Launch Instance
Expected:
one Instance should be launched
Actual :
one instance is launched, however multiple(duplicate) instance rows displayed.
On refreshing or re-navigating to instances page, one instance is displayed
Notes :
- tested against devstack master
