When updating volume status, no translation displayed in choice field

Bug Description

on Ocata horizon web page, when updating a volume's status, the first choice in the select widget is available/creating ... in any language context.

In admin/volumes/snapshots/forms.py, populate_status_choices function removes current status from status_choices, but rendering still adds initial value to the selection list.

I am unable to reproduce this in Spanish on either the volume or volume snapshots pages with the current master (queens). Can you confirm that this is still a problem?
