Get a wrong error message when you extend a volume

Bug Description

If your quota for the volume is 10G, and you have a 5G volume, when you want to extend the volume to 11G, you can get a message show that you only have 5G of your quota available, it should be 10G available.

    Display correct volume size in error message

    The error message displayed when extending a volume should include
    the original size of the volume, to tell the user the exact
    maximum size the volume can be extended to.
