Bug Description
Currently, there is isn't an option added in Horizon to filter the instances of a project based on the user id (owner field). Adding such a filter would help a non-admin to view all the instances created by him in the current project. It would also help an admin to view all instances created by a particular user (across all projects).

I believe that's not present because it's not a filtering option in the nova API. It could be done in Horizon though.
