Bug Description
testing on master, setting the domain context had no effect on the content of the identity panels.
expected result: once the domain context is set, only items in that domain are shown in the identity panels.
actual: all items still displayed regardless of context.

I confirmed latest horizon today, but I could not find this issue. seem to be working correctly. Does it have any terms?
